Registration Fees
Registration Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Registration Entitlements
Attendance at all conference sessions
Conference satchel and all inclusions
Morning and afternoon teas and lunch on each day
A ticket to the welcome reception
A ticket to the Conference Dinner
Registration is only available for the full conference.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing (email) to the secretariat by 31 August 2008. If received by this time a full refund will be made minus an administration fee of (AUD250.) If received after this time no refund will be made, but the committee will consider cancellations due to exceptional circumstances.
Registration may be transferred to another person up to 30 September 2008.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
Copyright Notice
Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
Submission Checklist
Papers submitted for consideration by this conference must meet the following requirements:
[ . .] The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Conference Convenor).
[ . .] The submission file for the Abstract/Proposal is in Microsoft Word, or RTF, file format.
[ . .] All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
[ . .] The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
[ . .] If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
[ . .] If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

The 4RS Conference and its organising committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by any such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the 4Rs Conference does not accept responsibility for the loss of monies whatsoever.
Delegates are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend the policy to include personal possessions. The conference does not cover delegates cancellation of bookings or loss or damage to personal property.
